Access is personal and limited to the user's own evaluation and research. An account, code, session, export, or credential may not be shared.

“Confidential Information” means non-public information made available through controlled access, including model and scoring logic, weights, calibration, feature engineering, signals, methodology, system design, source code, API structure, internal research, back tests, datasets, documentation, unreleased features, and materials marked or reasonably understood as confidential.

It excludes information the user can document was public without breach, lawfully known before disclosure, lawfully received from an unrestricted third party, or independently developed without use of QuantHarbor.ai Confidential Information.

Ordinary outputs intentionally displayed on public or unrestricted pages are not confidential merely because they concern QuantHarbor.ai, although copyright, trademark, database, market-data, acceptable-use, and contractual restrictions may still apply.

Without written permission, the user will not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, systematically capture, or automate extraction; circumvent safeguards; copy, publish, sell, sublicense, transmit, or disclose Confidential Information; use it to develop, train, benchmark, validate, market, or improve a competing product, dataset, model, or service; or, to the extent permitted by law, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe, or attempt to derive non-public models, logic, methodology, source code, or design.

Ordinary application outputs may be used for personal, non-commercial research subject to the Terms and data-provider restrictions. Required legal disclosures must be limited to what is required; where lawful, the user will give prompt notice and reasonably cooperate in seeking confidential treatment.

Trade-secret obligations continue while the information remains a trade secret. Other confidentiality obligations continue for three years after access ends. Ownership, prohibited extraction, and competitive-use restrictions survive to the extent enforceable. Suspected breach may result in immediate suspension or revocation.

Nothing prohibits protected whistleblower activity, reporting suspected unlawful conduct to a government authority, or cooperating with a lawful investigation.
