Effective date: September 17, 2026 — public preview, revision 5

Public preview. QuantHarbor.ai is available to users age 18 or older who create or sign in to an account and complete the required acknowledgment. Preview features, limits, data sources, and availability may change. Document version: 2026-09-17.public-preview-v5.

Instrument version: 2026-09-17.consent-v5
Entity: QuantHarbor.ai LLC, a Missouri limited liability company
Gate version: 2026-09-17.research-v8

Before protected research features unlock, the user must review all of these statements and affirm them together with one bundled acceptance:

  1. I understand QuantHarbor.ai is a research tool, not investment advice or an order to trade.
  2. I understand market data, models, scores and AI output can be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
  3. I am at least 18 and remain solely responsible for every investment decision.
  4. I have read and agree to the current QuantHarbor.ai Terms of Use.
  5. I acknowledge the current QuantHarbor.ai Privacy Policy, including the collection of consent evidence, IP address, and device/browser data.
  6. I agree that my access is personal and confidential. I will not share credentials; scrape or bulk-extract content; reverse engineer or attempt to derive QuantHarbor.ai's non-public models, scoring, signals, methodology, or system design; disclose confidential materials; or use them to develop, train, benchmark, or improve a competing product without written permission.
  7. I consent to receive these agreements and related notices electronically and to use an electronic action as my signature.

After reviewing the statements, the user must check one bundled-consent box stating:

I have reviewed and agree to every acknowledgment above, including the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Confidentiality & Restricted Use Agreement, research-risk disclosures, and electronic records and signature consent.

The user can review, print, or save each legal page before acceptance. Checking the single bundled-consent box and selecting “Acknowledge and continue” is the electronic signature. The user must maintain a device, browser, and connection capable of displaying the records.

The event record preserves the bundled assent and each exact component statement, version and hashes of all documents, identity information, time, IP/source/country headers, user-agent, idempotency identifier, and checksum. Later acceptances append events rather than overwriting history. Account deletion does not erase the limited legal evidence event during its stated retention period.
